Hello les filles !


Aujourd'hui, j'ai décidé de partager avec vous la recette de mon chia pudding que j'avais posté sur Instagram car j'ai reçu plusieurs messages privés me la demandant :)

Ingrédients (pour 2 portions) :

- 20 cL de lait végétal (amande ou coco par exemple)
- 3 cuillères à soupe de graines de chia
- 1 petite cuillère d'extrait de vanille
- miel, sirop d'agave ou sucre de fleur de coco 
- toppings de votre choix : framboises, fraises, bananes, baies de goji, myrtilles, noix de coco râpée...

Dans un bol, versez tous vos ingrédients (sauf toppings) et mélangez les bien. Placez ensuite ceci dans un petit récipient en alternant avec une couche de fruits puis une couche du mélange graines de chia + lait végétal. Garnissez le tout de vos toppings de prédilection. Placez au frigo pendant environ 30 minutes mais je vous conseille plutôt de le laisser toute une nuit et de déguster votre chia pudding le lendemain matin ;)

PS : pour la version chocolatée, ajoutez simplement 1 à 2 cuillères à soupe de poudre de cacao non sucré à votre mélange de graines de chia et lait végétal ;)

Today, I've decided to share with you my chia pudding recipe as I received several private messages asking me what it was after posting my picture on Instagram :)

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of non dairy milk (almond or coconut milk for example)
- 3 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- sugar, agave syrup of coconut sugar
- toppings (your choice): raspberries, strawberries, bananas, goji berries, blueberries, grated coconut...

Place all your ingredients in a bowl (except for your toppings) and mix everything together. Pour some of your mixture into a serving container then add a layer of your choice of toppings then another layer of chia seeds mixture on top. Garnish with your favorite toppings, cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes but it's best to just leave it overnight :)

PS: for the chocolate version, juste add 1 to 2 tbsp of unsweetened cacao powder to your chia seed and non dairy milk mixture ;)
